Such a beautiful ride today as we followed the majestic west coastline. The roads were incredibly rough and challenging in places which made for a very tired body at the end of the ride. The scenery was fantastic and LLC (Chris, Lyndsey and James) are doing a fantastic job of looking after us!
I have developed an achilles niggle over the past couple of days so am trying some ice and elevation to see if I can resolve it quickly. Apparently it’s very common when you change your bike setup and your riding routine, particularly adding all the climbing. Fingers crossed for a quick recovery! I’ve got a 250km hike coming up. 😬
